Action 1: Enforce the Bipartisan Subpoena for Pam Bondi's Deposition

From Rogan’s List 4/9/26

Former Attorney General Pam Bondi, who was set to testify Tuesday before the House Oversight Committee, will no longer be doing so. The Department of Justice has said, in essence, she had been subpoenaed in her official capacity as AG (and not specifically the AG who oversaw the release of the files), and since that’s no longer her job it’s no longer her problem. A committee spokesman politely suggested Chair James Comer would continue to seek her testimony. Rep. Robert Garcia (D-CA) promised Dems will try to hold her in contempt if she fails to appear.

Let’s reach out to our members of Congress and let them know we’re with Rep. Garcia, and Bondi must testify or face contempt charges. Write your own script or use this one.

The Department of Justice cannot be allowed to shield Pam Bondi from her April 14 deposition. The bipartisan subpoena issued last month was directed at Bondi as an individual, not as a title holder. The DOJ's claim that she can dodge accountability simply she because she no longer serves as Attorney General is a transparent attempt to obstruct Congress's investigation into the Epstein Files release. This is not a partisan issue. The House Oversight Committee has the authority to compel her testimony through her personal counsel, and it must use that authority now. Hold Bondi accountable and get the truth about the Epstein investigation.

Action 2: Stop Anti-Public Lands Nominee, Steve Pearce, from Directing the Bureau of Land Management

From the Conservation Lands Foundation

The administration has nominated former New Mexico Representative and long-time public lands opponent Steve Pearce as the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Director, a move designed to accelerate the sell-off of 245 million acres of America’s public lands. Steve Pearce has a long and well-documented record of working to sell off public lands and strip away land and water protections. Pearce has profited millions from the oil and gas industry. His deep political and personal financial ties to the industry should immediately disqualify him from leading an agency responsible for managing public lands for the benefit of everyone.

The Senate Energy and Natural Resources Committee advanced his nomination on March 4, 2026, and it now awaits a final vote on the Senate floor.

Action 3: Tell Congress We Need Police Officer Accountability

From Rogan’s List 3/20/26

Families across America are living in fear – not because crime has spiked, but because the guardrails on law enforcement have been dismantled. One of the first things the Trump administration did after taking office was shut down the National Law Enforcement Accountability Database, known as NLEAD, a Biden-era reform to prevent officers with misconduct histories from bouncing between agencies undetected. In the process, they’ve weakened public trust and undermined public safety. Congress has the power to bring NLEAD back and needs to hear from us now.
