The Buffalo and Erie County Library is hosting a How To Festival, featuring people demonstrating how to do all kinds of things.  The League of Women Voters’ theme will be “Vote with Power” and will have two aspects. The first will be a hands-on activity, and that will be our standard voter registration activity. The second will be civic engagement, where folks will engage with those interested in various aspects of civic engagement, not only more about elections, including ranked choice voting, but also how to influence legislators and other aspects of civic activity.
